Welcome to the Jocelyn Nungaray NWR Reservation System
The first reservations will be taken October 24 and 25 at 7 PM for youth and veteran weekend (October 31 and November 1). The regular season opens the following Saturday (November 7). Details can be found on the FWS brochure (see below), but basically the reservations open at 7 PM seven days before the day of the hunt.
The 2026-2027 Waterfowl Hunting Brochure contains the National Wildlife Refuge
Waterfowl Hunting Regulations and will be distributed along with the East Unit Annual Permit.
